Please someone help me fix my sanity! I have tried everything I can think of or found on the interwebs and I am hoping someone may have an alternative solution. I primarily want to access the Mortal Empires DLC (yes I own Warhammer I) but this along with all other free DLC will not download or activate on my steam or within the game. I have no idea what to do and I am completely lost. I have tried clicking the download button for the DLC while the game is launched and nothing.
I have verified my files multiple times and nothing is wrong.
I have un/re-installed Warhammer II and that do not fix it. I have tried every possible solution to the problem found on the internet and nothing has worked. The DLC I attempt to gain access to does not show up when I actually launch the game nor is it in my DLC content for WarHammer II. To coincide with the release of Update 2.4. When I go to the remaining DLC pages on steam and click the download button it causes the total war launcher to open, however after that nothing happens. This tutorial shows you how to get DLC for most games on Steam for free. Currently I have 3 out of the possible 12 downloaded and accessible via the game (and they show up in steam DLC content for the game).
